What to Expect on Your First Flight
Here’s how it goes: a quick ground lesson on the take-off, then up the ladder, clipped into your harness and safety lines. You’ll swing, learn to hang by your knees, and — when you’re ready — reach for the catcher. There’s a net beneath you the whole time, and you’ll even learn to land in it safely (it works like a trampoline). Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothes that cover the backs of your knees, skip the jewelry, and bring your phone so a friend can film it.
