Orlando Circus School, 6809 Visitors Circle, Orlando, FL 32819, is responsible for the personal information described here. To power accounts, scheduling, and payments, we use Atelier Studio, a third-party booking and studio-management platform (operated by Atelier Digital).

- Contact and account details — name, email, phone number, and account credentials (through Atelier Studio).
- Booking details — the classes, camps, parties, memberships, or rentals you reserve. If you register a child for a class or camp, the child’s name and age, which you provide as the adult account holder.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processor, Stripe (through Atelier Studio). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Communications — messages you send us by form, email, or phone.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages — collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to: provide and manage classes, camps, parties, memberships, and rentals; process payments; create and maintain your account; respond to inquiries; send booking confirmations and, where permitted, updates or marketing; operate and improve the Site; measure site traffic and search performance; and comply with legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and understand how it’s used.

The Site and our online services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or provide information to us directly online. Where a parent or legal guardian registers a child for a class or camp, the adult provides the child’s information and is responsible for it. If you believe a child has provided us information directly through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.

You may access or update your account information through Atelier Studio or by contacting us; unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails; and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
